For Executive Directors in health and care
What will you learn: As the complexity of trying to get things done with others becomes increasingly apparent, the comfort of knowing what to do as a senior leader in the health and care system might feel quite remote. This is especially so as managing the second wave of the pandemic competes with providing routine services and catching up on the last six months. So how can we make good decisions when there’s so much that we don’t know? In this masterclass, we will explore how uncertainty is showing up in your organisations, the impact it has on you and those you lead, and how you are already making decisions in this context. We will introduce some key concepts that offer new perspectives for engaging with uncertainty personally, and for involving others in doing so too.
What happens after booking: You will be emailed a diary invite to your chosen virtual session. This will be updated with joining instructions in the lead up to the day session is due to be delivered. This will be sent to the email address that you used to sign up. Please remember to check your spam/junk email folders in case your Joining Instruction email has inadvertently gone in there. Emails will be sent from [email protected]ershipacademy.nhs.uk
