Leadership Support Community Event – Encouraging everyone to talk

Leadership support community events are unique, online learning opportunities for those with responsibility for managing others.
This session is focused on Encouraging everyone to talk in your team: Crisis situations get worse and last longer without continuous, open and inclusive communication. And the hardest part can be attentive listening when the pressure is on.
