If you are an executive director you are invited to join one of our chief executive development network offers, Action for Change. You may be working with catalytic speakers on an important theme for senior leaders in health and care to form facilitated community of practice meetings regularly, to act and learn together.
The Reciprocal Mentoring for Inclusion programme is based on reverse mentoring, with the addition of the relationship between the mentor and mentee being reciprocal in nature; enabling allies and equal partnerships designed to create systemic transformational change. This free, facilitated programme creates powerful partnerships between executive boards and staff from underrepresented/marginalised groups working in mentoring pairs that are reciprocal in nature.
Aimed specifically at senior leaders in health and care our online career development resource portal brings together written tutorials, videos and tools to help support career management, allowing you to take a planned approach to your next step.
As part of the people promise we have committed to providing you with psychological safe spaces. The digital safe spaces will enable you to come together in facilitated forums to discuss, share and collaborate with other senior leaders. You will also be able to use them as follow-up groups to seminars and events run through this executive suite.
