Virtual action learning sets

Virtual action learning sets provide a safe, secure and confidential space, through which individuals and collectives can explore the complexities of current leadership challenges and determine new and innovative ways forward.

Chief executive development network

Our Chief Executive Development Network has been designed to support you with your development and ensure you are the best you can be in your challenging roles, both for yourself and for patient care. Membership to this established network is free.

Action for Change for executive directors

If you are an executive director you are invited to join one of our chief executive development network offers, Action for Change. You may be working with catalytic speakers on an important theme for senior leaders in health and care to form facilitated community of practice meetings regularly, to act and learn together.

Career management online resources

Aimed specifically at senior leaders in health and care our online career development resource portal brings together written tutorials, videos and tools to help support career management, allowing you to take a planned approach to your next step.

Online communities

As part of the people promise we have committed to providing you with psychological safe spaces. The digital safe spaces will enable you to come together in facilitated forums to discuss, share and collaborate with other senior leaders. You will also be able to use them as follow-up groups to seminars and events run through this executive suite.
